Overview
We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.
Return window

Store policy: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

EU statutory right: If you are an EU consumer, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery without giving a reason. This legal right exists in addition to our 30-day policy.
Eligibility & condition

Items should be returned in the condition received, with all parts and accessories. Reasonable home inspection/trying is fine.

Damage, missing parts, or use beyond what’s necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning may reduce your refund.
How to start a return
Email support@furlove.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with instructions and a return label where available.
Return shipping costs

Czech Republic (domestic): We provide a prepaid return label for eligible 30-day returns and for defective/incorrect items.

EU & international: For change-of-mind returns, return postage may be at your cost unless required by law. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover/ reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Refund amounts

For returns under our 30-day store policy: We refund the item price to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping (if any) is not refunded, except where the law requires.

For EU 14-day withdrawal: We refund the item price and any standard outbound shipping you paid. We may deduct value for handling beyond reasonable inspection.

Free-shipping threshold adjustments: If you received free domestic shipping (orders ≥ 500 CZK) and a partial return brings the kept items below 500 CZK, we may deduct the standard 69 CZK shipping from the refund.

Bundles & promotions: If you return part of a bundle or a promotional order (e.g., “buy 4 gloves, get a free brush”), your refund may be recalculated to reflect kept items at their current individual prices.
Exchanges
Fastest method: place a new order for the replacement item and return the original for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange (subject to stock), email support@furlove.shop.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item
Please contact support@furlove.shop within 7 days of delivery (attach photos if damaged). We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and cover return shipping where appropriate.
Processing times

Returns are usually processed within 5 business days after we receive them.

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable unless your statutory rights apply.
