Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
All orders ship from Prague, Czech Republic.

Domestic shipping (Czech Republic)

Flat rate: 69 CZK per order.
Free shipping: orders ≥ 500 CZK (after discounts, excluding shipping).
Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Processing time: orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

EU & international shipping

Available destinations and carrier options are shown at checkout.
Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and chosen service.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email (and tracking link where available) is sent when your order is dispatched.

Delivery issues

Incorrect/undeliverable address: If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect, we can refund the item price (less original shipping, if any) or re-ship for an additional shipping fee.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels: Contact us at support@furlove.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or of delivery for damage). Please keep packaging and provide photos; we’ll assist with a carrier claim.
Once a parcel is marked Delivered by the carrier, please check with household members, neighbors, and your pickup point. We’ll do our best to help, but responsibility may be limited after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost. You will receive tracking for each shipment where available.

Pre-orders / backorders

If any item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page or at checkout. Your order may ship once all items are available unless you choose split shipping (if offered).
