1. Who we are & contact

FurLove operates an online store that ships from Prague, Czech Republic. For any questions about these Terms or our Products, contact us via the Contact Us page or email support@furlove.shop.
 

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.
 

3. Products & information

We sell reusable pet-hair removal tools (e.g., FurLove glove/brush). We try to display colors, dimensions, and materials accurately; minor variations may occur. We may change or discontinue Products at any time.
 

4. Prices, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in CZK and may also be displayed in other currencies for convenience. Unless stated otherwise, prices for EU deliveries include applicable VAT at checkout. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country; these are your responsibility.
 

5. Ordering & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products and send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order (for example, due to stock limits, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
 

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the method and that funds will be available.
 

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship from Prague to the destinations shown at checkout. Any delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title passes upon full payment; risk passes on delivery to the address or pickup point you select. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect, we can refund the item price (less original shipping if any) or re-ship with additional postage.
 

8. Returns, withdrawals & refunds

30-Day Free Returns (store policy): You may return eligible Products within 30 days of delivery in the condition received (reasonable trial/inspection allowed). Start a return via the Contact Us page. When we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the original payment method for the item price and any standard outbound shipping paid where required by law. Exchanges are subject to stock.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (statutory): If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Notify us within the 14-day period and send back the goods within a further 14 days. We will refund you as required by law.
Conditions & exclusions: Returned items should include all parts and accessories. Damage, misuse, or missing components may reduce the refund. Clearly marked final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.
 

9. Warranty & conformity

EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (typically 24 months) for goods. If your Product is defective or non-conforming, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with applicable law. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
 

10. Promotions, bundles & coupons

Promotions (e.g., “Buy 4 gloves, get a free brush”) are subject to displayed terms and time limits. Coupons must be applied at purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. If you return part of a bundle, we may recalculate the refund to reflect the kept items at their then-current individual prices.
 

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with the security or proper working of the Site; scrape or copy content at scale; use the Site for unlawful purposes; or submit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
 

12. Reviews & user content

When you post a review, photo, or comment (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for marketing and Site operations. You confirm you own the rights and your content complies with the law.
 

13. Intellectual property

The Site and all content, including Product names, logos, text, graphics, and images, are protected by intellectual-property laws and are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.
 

14. Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process personal data, including for orders, payments, shipping, and fraud prevention. Where applicable, we act as the controller under the GDPR.
 

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for your statutory consumer rights). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; or (c) delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
 

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and local ADR bodies. In the Czech Republic, out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is overseen by Česká obchodní inspekce (ČOI).
 

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and “Last updated” date above indicate the current Terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the new Terms are posted.
